Was 'stuck' due to inclement weather, and was immediately taken in (literally and figuratively) by the manager of this hotel. She (April) is the most thoughtful, accommodating, & gracious person; she personally made sure every possible need was more than anticipated throughout my entire stay. She and the maintenance gentleman, who had been on-site working all night, continued to help (even checking interstates for me) even past checkout. Though the hotel is renovating, the rooms were *great*, actually... very comfortable beds, very clean, spacious, nice large bathroom vanity, fridge/micro/etc., huge t.v., free wifi, free (and full!) breakfast. The room alone would warrant a 5-star rating, let alone the service that went along with it. (I did not see or use the other facilities, e.g. pool, fitness center). Great access off of interstate too. (Add'l note: I've paid SO much more for rooms SO much worse!) I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice renovation being done on this hotel. Beds were comfortable and 2 queen suite was spacious. We did have a noise issue due to renovation at about 9 AM on Sunday but rest of stay was quiet. The TV channel selections is great.

We were greeted and always staff were accommodating for making our stay a priority. See my previous comments concerning other issues during our stay related to other items and issues. Except, I will add, our room was otherwise clean and comfortable for our stay. We didn’t use the pool or workout area.

Front desk was very helpful at check-in. Room wasn't quite ready when we arrived but we did arrive a bit early. Gentleman at front desk was very helpful in finding out when the room would be ready and when we returned he met us and assured us the room had been cleaned and inspected. Very professional and helpful.

Front desk personnel was very helpful and friendly. The room, beds and restroom were clean and comfortable. Hospitality personnel in the morning was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.
